Staje respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy describes our process for handling such notices.
If you believe that content on Staje infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated DMCA Agent at the contact information below. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10–14 business days that the complainant is seeking a court order, we may restore the removed material.
Staje will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We define a "repeat infringer" as any user who has had content removed in response to two or more valid DMCA notices, or who has been found to be infringing through other means.
Staje's show library contains information about theatrical productions (titles, character lists, show descriptions). If you are the rights holder of a specific show and believe information in our show library is inaccurate or infringes your rights, please contact us at dmca@staje.app with details and we will address your concern promptly.
We respond to DMCA notices sent by email only. Please do not send notices to other contact addresses as they may not be monitored for this purpose.
