Musical · Show guide
At a remote coastal lighthouse, solitary keeper Maren maintains the light through a brutal storm when a stranded sailor, Tobias, clambers up seeking shelter. Over the course of a single night and the following dawn, the three inhabitants of the tower—Maren, Tobias, and a talkative gull—negotiate hospitality, pride, and the small domestic rituals that bind them. The central conflict is the tension between Maren's duty to the light and Tobias's need for refuge, with the gull providing comic commentary and a moment of music that loosens their guard.
